Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Vice President of Accounting and Finance. The Vice President will oversee financial planning, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead the preparation of accurate financial statements. Responsibilities include creating effective strategies for financial management, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring regulatory and fiscal compliance. The role involves working closely with the executive team to drive the organization's financial growth and stability.

Qualifications

• 7/10 years of proven experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent Financial and Accounting skills, with knowledge of foundational practices in these areas
• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is Plus
• Proven Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
• Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in financial strategy development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
