You will be responsible for maintaining financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. This includes overseeing the AP/AR process, preparing accurate and timely financial statements, and ensuring accurate Bank Recons and monthly close processes. You will also analyze financial statements for discrepancies and provide recommendations to the Manager. In this role, you will collect and analyze financial information to recommend efficient use of resources and procedures, as well as maintain solutions to business and financial problems. It is important to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as the integrity of financial data. You will be conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Regular ledger maintenance and review of all inter-company transactions will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in accounting (CA/CA intermediate preferred), at least 1 year of experience in US Accounting, proficiency in computerized ledger systems, knowledge of MS Office, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
