This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 14 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a dynamic leader to own and scale the entire SaaS marketing function based in Mumbai, India. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth across both inbound and outbound lead generation channels, as well as leading end-to-end brand building efforts. You will manage the development, execution, and performance analysis of both offline and online marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity. You will exponentially scale enterprise lead generation, build a high-performance marketing team, and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across multiple channels. To succeed in this role, you should be highly skilled in marketing automation and analytics tools and possess the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful advertising projects. A background in large-scale SaaS or B2B domains is essential. You will need to thrive in an agile, multi-tasking environment with an execution-focused mindset, driving both growth and leadership across the organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to promote the platform across industries such as transportation, delivery, retail, CPG, food & beverage, and more to generate enterprise leads. Build and manage an editorial/content calendar that aligns with industry best practices, driving content marketing efforts that include blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, videos, emails, and case studies. Scale social media presence across various platforms, identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on analytics. Ideally, you will actively manage your own social media profile and establish a leadership brand. Lead event planning initiatives, collaborating with vendors, event organizers, and design teams for both physical and digital collateral. Build relationships with influential media outlets and journalists to secure coverage on company news and initiatives. Gain a deep understanding of product features and lead product marketing efforts, producing valuable content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences. Use strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and optimize automated funnel conversions. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, guiding them through various stages of growth while providing leadership and strategic insight. Act as the face of the organization for both internal and external stakeholders, including investors. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills while maintaining a long-term relationship outlook. Requirements: Masters degree or higher in business management, marketing, science, statistics, engineering, technology, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of global experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, cloud platforms, or technology consulting, with a focus on scaling revenue across the US and Europe. Expertise in various marketing channels such as SEO, SEM/PPC campaigns, social media, content creation and distribution, public relations, analyst relations, corporate communications, and event management. Experience with tools such as CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, PR Newswire, SEM Rush, and others. Strong understanding of marketing automation for B2B, including conversion analytics, account-based marketing campaigns, and inside sales strategies. A keen eye for design, a love for polished writing, and the ability to bring humor and personality into communications, particularly within the logistics and technology sectors.
