About the Role:

We are seeking a Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation to lead and drive business transformation across large-scale and global Trust & Safety and Sales & Commercial domains. This role will involve leveraging technology, analytics, and Six Sigma principles to create value and improve productivity. The VP will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to deliver transformation objectives for the business. The role is also responsible for coaching and developing talent in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT), ensuring the alignment of transformation goals with long-term business objectives, and managing the execution of these goals globally.

This leader will focus on transformation for clients in the Hi-Tech Software space, including areas like Social Media, Marketplaces, and Software Tool/Service Providers, driving business excellence through technology infusion and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement (CI) Agenda: Align with COO to create and implement a comprehensive transformation and continuous improvement strategy.
  • AI Project Delivery: Partner with delivery teams to identify AI projects aimed at value creation and monetize them through value-share and/or revenue assurance mechanisms.
  • Trust & Safety Solutions: Collaborate with service line experts to develop and implement tangible solutions for building long-term capabilities in the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee operational excellence initiatives, governance, and transformation rigor to ensure productivity improvement and long-term value creation.
  • Accountability & Commitment: Take ownership of agreed transformation initiatives and deliver on client commitments, ensuring accountability within the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including delivery, service line, digital, analytics, and LDT leadership, to drive prioritized transformation initiatives.

Qualifications We Seek in You:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience: Proven leadership in the Trust & Safety domain or related areas, with extensive experience in digital transformation, analytics, and process consulting.
  • Global Exposure: Strong track record in leading strategic projects with a focus on AI/Gen AI, Automation, and Data Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, especially when interacting with senior leaders to drive decisions and resolutions.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated competence in strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship management with an emphasis on accountability for business outcomes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Proven experience in leading Lean projects or applying Six Sigma methodologies to achieve measurable efficiency and quality improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience driving transformation in large-scale, global operations.
  • Proven success in driving value for customers through digital transformation initiatives within Trust & Safety and Sales & Commercial domains.
