Vice President-IT

As the Vice President (VP) or Assistant Vice President (AVP) of IT Infrastructure at the product company, you will lead enterprise-wide technology and IT infrastructure initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions encompassing ERP, cloud services, artificial intelligence (AI), SAS-based systems, and Microsoft 365. You will also be responsible for ensuring robust cybersecurity, IT governance, and driving digital transformation efforts at Evolute Group. Your strategic responsibilities will include defining and leading the organization's AI vision and roadmap, identifying high-impact AI/ML use cases in collaboration with business units, modernizing data infrastructure to support real-time and AI-ready data pipelines, and driving digital transformation to shift from a cost center to a revenue enabler. Additionally, you will be tasked with building or upskilling teams in AI, data science, engineering, and MLOps, implementing AI-powered threat detection and response mechanisms, and evaluating emerging technologies. On the functional side, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the IT infrastructure and enterprise systems function, develop and implement enterprise-wide IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, establish IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks, lead large-scale IT projects from concept to delivery, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT operations. The key attributes for success in this role include visionary leadership, strategic and execution excellence, team leadership development, influencing C-level decisions, strategic planning, project management skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies, innovation management, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, along with 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles. You should have proven expertise in IT modernization, automation, process optimization, business continuity planning, disaster recovery strategies, risk management, and compliance in regulated environments. Core technical skills required for this position include in-depth knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and SaaS platforms, cloud computing expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, data analytics proficiency using tools like Power BI or Tableau, AI/ML understanding, and expertise in network architecture and IT infrastructure design principles. Brownie points will be awarded if you have certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure), ERP systems, or cybersecurity, experience in deploying enterprise-wide LLM assistants, implementing RPA + AI for back-office automation, or leading AI ethics committees or governance boards.,
