Vice President IT Business Analyst / Project Manager

As a Vice President IT Business Analyst / Project Manager (Regulatory Reporting | Liquidity Focus) at our leading Investment banking client, you will be a key player in delivering Basel-driven regulatory reporting initiatives. Your role will involve partnering with business and IT stakeholders, leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, and acting as a subject matter expert for liquidity regulatory reporting. You will also support global regulatory changes across regions and collaborate with IT leads to align technical implementation with business objectives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver Basel-driven regulatory reporting initiatives. - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, FSD creation, and IT coordination to quality assurance and delivery tracking. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for liquidity regulatory reporting. - Support global regulatory changes across regions (Liquidity, Capital Reporting). - Collaborate with IT leads to align technical implementation with business objectives. **Key Skills:** - Subject matter expert on liquidity regulatory reporting. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proven project management and leadership capabilities. - Experience in using Agile Delivery tools (Jira) & collaborative tools (confluence). - Excellent in engaging with various tech & business stakeholders and align them towards the common objectives. - Excellent in defining and tracking the business benefits getting delivered. - Experience with regulatory reports related projects would be an advantage. - Good know-how of the technical & functional aspects of tech projects delivery to work with various Tech stakeholders at varied levels during SDLC.,
