We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking team.
Vice President- Distribution support is positioned to drive, few key business and control initiative for the distribution network. Build and drive strategic partnerships (alliances) as aggregators for referring premier NTB on a regular basis and the role is to support frontline sales team by driving and supporting key branch business deliverables.
oDrive Credit Cards AOP. Manages smooth processing and improve TAT. Check and manage decline reasons to maintain sanity Drive new campaigns along with the product team. Track and manage approval rates and product mix. Track and manage branch sales exceptions cases.
oWork very closely with the MKT / Props and frontline team form planning to on ground execution of Sports events and HSBC Golf season
oIndia to Singapore referrals mainly for LRS and Inbound for NRE/NRO options
oCheck G&E for report for the month for WPB and publish at least on a quarterly basis the findings to front line for learnings - Conduct at least a quarterly yearly refresher training on AB&C and G&E related controls. - Guide frontline on G&E related controls and queries - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding simplification of the G&E recording and maintaining process. - Manage the G&E CMA for branches and MSF.
oTrack and manage the IQMS monthly reports for error reasons. Drive with frontline at least a quarterly update on reject reasons with common errors for learning Have refreshed Dos and Dont's on a regular basis and also circulate it with front line. Work closely with the product and processing team to ensure that correct guidance is provided to frontline.
oWork closely with the regional BDMs and RHs to address any cross synergy which is referred and manage the pan India branch MI on a monthly basis.
oIdentify, build and drive strategic partnerships (alliances) as aggregators for referring premier NTB on a regular basis
oUndertake and execute key projects for the distribution network.
.Prime responsibility is to work with the branch network to manage and drive key initiatives regarding business development / key product penetration and controls.
.Identify / work and resolve bottle necks and simplify business and control processes
.Customer contact management activities across the branch network
.Post Graduation with additional qualification in Master's would be preferable.
.Minimum of 10-15 years of domain experience. Preferably would have worked in network management
.Good inter-personal and communication skills. Should have the ability to navigate independently with all the stakeholders and collaborate to meet the objectives.
.Should have the experience to drive sales in the competitive market.
.Should have good domain experience on branch functioning.
