Job Description

The Vice President (VP) in the Inside Sales team will work directly with the Sales and Relationship Managers of TresVista on projects throughout the sales life cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass lead generation, prospecting, outreach, sales analytics, and sales pipeline management. You will see the clear impact that you can have on the department and the company. As the VP, you will mentor, train, and manage a team of Analysts and Associates while reporting to the Executive Vice President. Your role will involve setting internal deadlines, managing the project pipeline, reviewing deliverables, and adding value to outputs. Additionally, you will handle functions and communication with the Sales and Relationship Managers, assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, drive team culture, provide continuous feedback, manage client expectations, coordinate communication and workflow across cross-functional teams, and develop outbound sales and business development processes. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to work independently and as an effective team manager, prior team and project management experience, commitment, ownership, a drive for continuous learning and growth, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work with broad guidelines while engaging in operational tactics and the big picture. The ideal candidate will have a Post-graduation/MBA in any discipline with 5+ years of relevant business development experience or a Graduate degree in any discipline with 7+ years of relevant business development experience. Training provided includes continuous learning, personal development, and an intense induction training program. In terms of growth opportunities, the compensation structure will align with industry standards, and subsequent promotions to Executive Vice President will come with a significant increase in responsibility and compensation. Desired skills and experience for this role include expertise in Business Development, Project Management, Team Management, and Client Servicing.,
