Vice President Identity & Access Management

As the Vice President of Identity & Access Management at Fidelity, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing Workforce Access Management (WAM) priorities, with a specific focus on planning and overseeing deliverables from India. Your responsibilities will include building strategic capabilities and platforms from India to add value to various phases of WAM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Blend identity and proofing expertise to deliver results effectively - Partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence strategic decisions and roadmaps - Set and refine the mission, and bring together a team to execute on specific product features - Ensure alignment on product backlog priorities through ongoing planning and prioritization - Enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing, and learn from failures - Develop IAM experts in India and build more accountable roles on the strategic platform - Deeply involve with stakeholders to strategize meaningful work and priorities across teams - Represent India on the senior management table in IAM **Qualifications Required:** - Deep understanding of IAM fundamentals, including role-based access control, single sign-on, and identity federation - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Minimum 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in IAM or related field and 5 years in a leadership role - Engineering or Product Management Degree, or relevant experience - Proven experience in executing large-scale, multi-year IAM control adoption programs within the financial sector - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IAM strategies and frameworks - Financial services experience is preferred - Agile experience is a plus Fidelity is recognized as one of the most trusted brands in the US financial industry, with Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) playing a key role in protecting customers" assets.
