Job Description

Vice President Engineering & Technical Operations

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering strategy & large-scale project execution
Ensure GMP & regulatory compliance
Drive cost control, innovation & continuous improvement
Manage cross-functional teams and technical vendors

Key Skills :

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) required; Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering or technical operations.

Proven track record of successful project execution in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including capital projects, process improvement, and technology implementation.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, including GMP, FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory agencies.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and engineering best practices.
