Job Description

Hiring For Leading MNC

Lead the global Continuous Improvement framework and the Innovate to Elevate platform.
Drive business readiness by assessing impacts, developing readiness plans, and ensuring smooth transition to BAU.
Identify risks, manage resistance to change, and embed best-practice governance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support through large- and small-scale change programmes.
