Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the assigned territory through a focused approach with existing and new customers.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, build and sustain strong business relationships.
  • Achieve sales growth targets by effectively managing available resources.
  • Implement strategic business plans to expand the companys customer base.
  • Establish long-term client relations through regular follow-ups and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients and manage the assigned geographic area.
  • Work closely with the reporting manager to develop territory plans aligned with company goals.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market presence.
  • Participate in

    government tenders, bids, and rate contract processes

    .
  • Attend and organize

    trade exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events

    to strengthen brand visibility.

Required Qualification

  • Education:

    M.V.Sc / B.V.Sc / B.Pharma (Doctorate preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1–4 years in

    Veterinary Marketing / Pharmaceutical Sales

    , preferably in the

    Companion Animal Segment

    .

Key Competencies

  • Veterinary product selling, collection, monitoring, and strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong planning and territory management ability.
  • Must own a

    two-wheeler (mandatory)

    and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Computer proficiency in

    MS Office, Excel, and Email communication

    .
