Vertical Lathe Machine Operator

LOCATION: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented VTL Operators to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating Vertical Turning Lathe machines to produce high-precision components based on technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines as per job requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
• Set up and align workpieces accurately on the machine.
• Perform turning, facing, grooving, and boring operations.
• Inspect components using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure safe working practices.

Who Can Apply:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Turner, or related trades.
• Freshers with basic lathe/machining knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior VTL or turning experience will have an added advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
