Job Description: Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies Select tenants through interviews and background checks Collect rent, pay invoices, and analysis operating statements Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files Establish and maintain relationships with tenants Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going maintenance/construction projects performed by external contractors, including current required insurance certificates s Manage daily property requirements and maintain long-range capital improvements planning through regular inspections of property for damage, contractor effectiveness, and areas of improvement Work cooperatively with vendors and contractors, with tenant coordination, to expedite the completion of work, and prepare the team to respond in emergency and crisis situations Manage and plan property operating budgets, controlling property income and expenses, and complete required reports including weekly, monthly, quarterly leasing, variance, and capital reporting Supervise, educate and train properties personnel. Candidate from Hospitality Background is preferred. Should be very good in communication and should be fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati.

Responsibilities of a Facilities Engineer: Installing, and maintaining critical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Working with Vendors and contractors to ensure that new buildings or renovations are designed to meet the needs of the facility. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment and systems remain in good working order. Responding to emergencies, such as power outages or plumbing leaks, to minimize damage to the facility. Managing budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. Requirements for a Facilities Engineer: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing budgets and resources, and an ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software, building information modelling (BIM) software, or other software programs used in facility design and maintenance. A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in facility design and management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement and best pricing. Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiations to optimize procurement costs. Ensure smooth processing and approval of purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs). Coordinate with project teams to fulfill material requirements on time. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit and compliance. Eligibility Criteria: Industry Experience: Candidates from Construction/Real Estate industry or those with experience in construction material procurement will be preferred. Qualification: Any Graduate (Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields is a plus). Preferred Candidate: Open to Male/Female candidates.
