We left Vensure because of poor communication. They only know how to email. Can't pick up the phone to give personal attention to concerns. I have been trying to get 4th quarter payroll reports from them for months. No luck. Sent email on 8-17-23 no response!

We switched our PEO service over to Vensure about six months ago and it has been a really excellent experience. We work through their Worklogic HR brand and the team has been very helpful and responsive to our needs. Payroll is a breeze, hr services are on point, and they are there to answer our questions when we need them.

I have not been happy with Vensure since they took over Worklogic. When working with Worklogic we had no problems getting answers almost immediately. I sure hope they work on improving their employee turn around. I cant keep up with who is our account rep for the moment.
