Vendor Relations Specialist

You should have basic knowledge about US Mortgage to perform the following job responsibilities: - Contact utility companies in the US to activate/shut off utility services. - Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather necessary documentation for utility activations. Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream is essential. - Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts is essential. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Ability to work independently with a high focus on detail is essential. - Must maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity, multitask effectively, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - 0-10 years of overall work experience required (Freshers can apply if they possess good communication skills and are interested in the US Mortgage process). - Previous experience in Mortgage Services is desired. - Proficiency with MS Office applications is desired.
