Vendor Manager (ERM)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Demand Management from Demand Created to Selection process thoroughly ensuring process compliance throughout
• Receive demand from business (Demand Approval Stage) validate job posting requirements its eligibility (Job Posting approval stage) and content (e.g. right Job Posting template price vs. skill) • External Subcontractor sourcing among available channels: Vendors B2B FMS • Contacts Vendors to narrow down requirements follow up them in case of missing delivery • Candidate shortlisting ensures profiles matching business requirements and procurement savings targets • Submitting CV to business for interview process • Facilitate interview process make sure business responds to CV’s and conducts interviews • Candidate selection – work with Vendor and Business to confirm candidate Job Posting • Cancellation provide reason why demand is cancelled • Final rates negotiation and confirmation prior final agreement • Handover selected External Subcontractor details to Back Office for further Work Order Creation (Handshake process) • Provides regular updates to business regarding job posting / demand status • Discuss with Vendors status updates and queries related to submitted resumes • Provides input/feedback related to Vendors from which External Subcontractors are being sourced. • Contribute to Vendor List (Tier 1; Tier2 Tier 3) optimization. • Discuss with Category Buyer and ER BP Provide updates (regular calls) to ER BP’s regarding delivery status (as per daily report) Identify process improvements continuously improve process • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field • Experience : 2–5 years in resource management, external relations, or partnership development • Other Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and problem-solving, Proficiency in resource management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed"
