Vendor Enrollment Representative I

As a Senior Vendor Enrollment Representative I at Bottomline, you will be an essential part of our global team dedicated to delighting customers through excellent execution and creating sustained business value. In this role based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for maintaining an average of 7 enrollments per day by converting vendor leads through outbound phone calls and emails. You will assist vendors with the enrollment process, present product value propositions effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority. Building strong relationships with other teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency will be key, along with a focus on self-improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, excellent organization and time management abilities, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. Previous outbound calling experience in sales or customer service is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in an outbound calling setting is required, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
