Vendor Coordinator -Female with good Hindi and Marathi Language Skills

Job Description

Our company engages outside vendors for machining of parts. These parts are required to build our machines. Role & responsibilities: 1. Daily strong follow up with vendors to get the parts delivered before time. 2. Ensure all parts are available at the time of assembly. 3. Confirm the completion status of the machining parts. 4. Entry of the status in WINERP with images, and other procurement related entries. 5. In case there is a technical problem with the job, then pass it on to the technical team. 6. In case the vendor is not able to supply the job on time, then cancel the order and get it moved to another machining vendor. 7. Speak with the vendors nicely and encourage them to put our order on priority and keep other work aside. 8. Maintain good relationship with vendors. 9. Inform the vendor of the priority of the machining jobs given to them. 10.Report to management on supplier performance and any issues. 11.Ensure that the vendor has received raw materials for all the parts ordered from them. 12.Reporting to the Director. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Intelligent. 2. Any Graduate. 3. Timely person. 4. Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and Marathi. 5. Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. 6. Computer skills, like Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts. 8. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in handling the challenges. 9. Female candidate required.
