Vendor Assessment Executive

As a Vendor Research and Data Collection Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential vendors, gather key details such as financials, certifications, compliance reports, and references. You will also be involved in screening vendors based on predefined criteria, preparing profiles, and updating assessment checklists. Additionally, you will be tasked with distributing, tracking, and following up on vendor RFIs/RFPs for necessary clarifications. Your role will also include identifying risks, verifying legal and quality compliance such as ISO and GMP, and contributing to evaluation reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing vendor data, generating insights, and presenting findings through reports and visual summaries. Collaboration and coordination with procurement, finance, and legal teams, as well as assisting in vendor site visits/audits, will be crucial aspects of your role. It will also be your responsibility to maintain accurate records and ensure systematic data management.
