Vendor Assessment Executive

The responsibilities of the role include the following: Vendor Research & Data Collection: You will be responsible for identifying potential vendors, gathering key details such as financials, certifications, compliance reports, and references. Pre-Qualification & Evaluation: Your duties will involve screening vendors based on predefined criteria, preparing profiles, and updating assessment checklists. Questionnaire Management: You will be tasked with distributing, tracking, and following up on vendor RFIs/RFPs for necessary clarifications. Risk & Compliance Assessment: Your role will require you to identify risks, verify legal and quality compliance such as ISO and GMP, and contribute to evaluation reports. Data Analysis & Reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing vendor data, generating insights, and presenting findings through reports and visual summaries. Collaboration & Coordination: You will work closely with procurement, finance, and legal teams, and assist in vendor site visits/audits. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and ensuring systematic data management. The skills required for this position are as follows: - Proficiency in GeM Portal & CRM tools - Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of tender documentation & procurement processes - Analytical skills for data interpretation & risk evaluation - Effective communication for vendor coordination & reporting Qualification required for this role is Graduation in any discipline.
