Job Title: Vendor Access Management Analyst

Role Overview:

The Vendor Access Management Analyst ensures that external vendor partners are onboard efficiently and granted timely access to all necessary systems, tools, and resources. The role also includes developing standardized work procedures for vendors and conducting periodic user access reviews to maintain compliance and security.

On a typical day you will:

1)

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of vendors, ensuring all required documentation is collected and validated.
• Facilitate access provisioning across platforms such as JDE, Workday, ServiceNow, and identity management systems.
• Liaise with IT and IAM teams to ensure timely creation of user IDs, SSO configurations, and role-based access controls.

• Create and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation for vendor access processes.
• Define and publish vendor compliance guidelines, including onboarding checklists and escalation paths.

• Conduct periodic user access reviews for vendor accounts to ensure access is appropriate and aligned with current roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal audit, cybersecurity, and business teams to validate access levels and remove unnecessary privileges.
• Maintain logs and reports of access reviews for compliance and audit purposes.

• Ensure vendor access aligns with cybersecurity and audit requirements, including segregation of duties and traceability of approvals.
• Monitor access retention policies and coordinate with stakeholders for timely deactivation of inactive accounts.

5)

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor access issues.
• Monitor onboarding SLAs and escalate delays to relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Any Graduates
• 2 to 4 years of experience in vendor access management, access provisioning or operations management and performing user access reviews
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JDE, Workday, ServiceNow, and identity management platforms.
• Strong documentation and process design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management tools or similar platforms.
• Understanding of access control policies and audit requirements.
