Mandatory Skills

Roles & Responsibility -

Translating the Engineering requirements into a Test requirement, planning for instrumentation, conducting on track test of Vehicle.
Prepare Test Specifications as per standards and contract.
Drive operational and execution excellence through innovative planning, resource engagement and close working with both local and global stakeholder teams.
The individual will also drive synergies with external labs/partners to expand our capabilities beyond in-house capacity
Work closely with site cross functional teams of EHS, Facilities, Compliance, Import/Export, Logistics etc to integrate lab plans as applicable for implementation.
Prepare & provide Estimates of the Testing Duration as input to planning Process.
Manage timely calibration of test instruments and ensure availability before each test.
Ensure work integrity in data acquisition to record quality data to ensure safety of passengers
Must Knowledge in making scripts on MATLABS and/or PYTHON.

Note -

This role required to travel in India or Outside India .Duration of travel can be till 15 days extendable up to 45 days / project. So depending upon projects, travel shall be there.
