Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for authorizing Video authentication requests as per internal policy, process & regulatory guidelines within stipulated timelines. Ensure adherence to operations process aimed at zero defect transaction processing & meeting the Audit & Compliance guidelines. Analyze reports, updates, errors percentage, trends, monitoring, audits check and focus on continuous improvement through feedback & process recommendations. Share observations & trend analysis to seniors on Video KYC Officer performance and design corrective steps to avoid repeat of error and step-up improvement plan. Carry out UAT testing & share feedback for new processes. Video Customer Identification Interaction Quality Customer Service Business Value additions Audit and Service Quality Preferred candidate profile Only MALE Candidates preferred for rotational shift
