Contract To Hire(C2H) Role Mandatory Skill : Varicent Implementation ICM (Developer role) Good to have skill : ELT and Sales planning. Note: Looking for Immediate to 30-Days joiners at most. Roles and Responsibilities: Implement and configure Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) solutions. Design and develop compensation models, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live.
