We are currently seeking a Valve Solution Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates located in Bangalore. As a Valve Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their valve requirements and providing tailored solutions using high-quality industrial valves. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their valve needs, applications, and challenges. - Solution Development: Design and propose customized valve solutions that meet customer requirements. - Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on valve products, technologies, and industry trends. - Sales Growth: Drive sales revenue by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling. - Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to customers and internal teams. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial valves, actuators, and control systems. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as oil & gas, chemical, power, and water treatment. - Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, negotiation, and closing skills. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them. Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
