As a Valuer-Gold Loan in the Retail Banking department of the Gold Loan function, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Gold loan valuation using standard methods - Performing all checks required to determine the purity of the collateral by utilizing all available means - Ensuring that cases are disbursed within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT) - Visiting nearby branches for stock audits and valuations - Monitoring delinquent cases within the branch - Conducting training sessions on gold loan valuation for branch staff to enhance their general awareness - Engaging in clear and honest deals with the highest level of integrity, avoiding any direct or indirect interests in transactions - Assisting branches in sourcing Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business - Conducting customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity - Taking responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of information obtained from clients and refraining from sharing any details with competitors - Upholding company policies and ensuring they are not disclosed to any external parties in any form - Safeguarding company assets provided to fulfill job responsibilities effectively Please note that this position requires you to work Pan-India, ensuring the proper valuation of gold loans and adherence to all specified procedures and guidelines.,
