Description
As an Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in providing transformation services through key offerings such as Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Advanced Customer Engagement. Your primary objective will be to assist clients in becoming living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. This optimization will drive cost reduction, revenue enhancement, improve customer satisfaction, and positively impact front-end business metrics. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases within your area of expertise. By understanding the client's business priorities, you will identify the right business scenarios and value levers to include in the business case. Your role will involve ideating and executing compelling value creation workshops, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and owning the entire value creation process from research to value drafting and dashboarding. Additionally, you will define value architecting requirements, collaborate with Accenture teams, advise clients on industry best practices, and estimate project timelines accurately. To excel in this role, you must apply best Excel practices, demonstrate proficiency in developing interactive models using dashboard creation platforms like Power BI and Tableau, and showcase creativity in abstracting value into compelling business stories. Participating in pre-sales activities, practice-specific initiatives, and contributing to team meetings will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you should have a solid understanding of sales, service, and marketing functions, experience in developing quantitative models, and be adept at conducting qualitative and quantitative research. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in strategy/value office and consulting roles with P&L exposure. An MBA from a tier 1 institute will be the preferred educational qualification.
