We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Valuation Manager specializing in Plant & Machinery to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing and conducting valuations of plant and machinery assets, analyzing market trends, preparing detailed valuation reports, and coordinating with clients and other professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Valuation Report Preparation: Develop accurate valuation reports for plant and machinery assets based on the information received. - Physical Verification: Conduct physical inspections and verifications of plant and machinery assets across India. - Information Collection: Gather necessary information from team members for report preparation. - Documentation: Understand and interpret documents in English and complete report templates in English. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on report making and valuation. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related diploma preferred. Skills Required: - Strong understanding of market trends and analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in relevant software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
