Validation Engineer (Technical Specialist)

Role Overview: As an Automated Test Engineer with a telecom background at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing manual/automated test cases for network management and automation products. You will work on understanding feature impacts, identifying test cases, preparing execution plans, and testing end-to-end solutions involving the integration of multiple products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop manual/automated test cases for network management and automation products - Understand feature impacts, identify test cases, and prepare execution plans - Test end-to-end solutions involving multiple product integrations - Incorporate real-world customer feedback into test cases - Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Management teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology, specializing in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology with 5 to 8 years of Experience - Good L2/L3 knowledge with hands-on experience with SNMP/Netconf protocols - Test Automation Skills & Experience - Knowledge of Unix, Java, and J2EE concepts - Knowledge of OSGi, Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment - Good knowledge of software development lifecycle & testing - Willingness to take on challenging tasks and deliver on tight schedules Additional Company Details (if present): About Us: Nokia is a B2B technology innovation leader, pioneering networks that sense, think, and act to create a more sustainable, productive, and accessible future.
