Job Description

Job Description - VALET MANAGER

Checking and maintaining the stock of the valet tickets & other stationary etc.
Patrolling all Valet area to check if any problems in valet. Checking of lights, cleanliness and maintenance of the car valet lifts.
Checking log register and attendance for the VALETS and signature everyday
Daily revenue collection and deposits.
Supervising planning and scheduling VALET and other ASSIGNED PERSONNELS' duties,
Evaluating performance of the ASSIGNED PERSONNEL
Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.
Investigating and responding to CUSTOMER'S complaints & resolving conflicts.
Monthly training along with the drivers, supervisors, and cashiers.
Daily co-ordination with the operations manager of the COMPANY and the CPM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,485.25 - ₹42,167.44 per month
