UX/UI Senior

The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate and enhance the appearance and style of the customer's existing Product Design language. You will be required to directly engage with POBA and customer-side stakeholders to comprehend the requirements of current features. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating user interactions, workflows, and developing wireframes and mock-ups to execute features. Understanding the specifics of web-based applications from conceptualization to development and familiarity with mobile-based applications (iOS/Android) design are essential aspects of this role. Collaborating closely with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to maintain a high standard of quality is a crucial part of this position. Furthermore, you will be expected to constantly explore and apply design best practices and patterns from a variety of industries and products. The ideal candidate for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in a related field and be a seasoned professional with a strong background in UI/UX design. You should have the capability to bring in a high level of creativity and consulting skills to engage with clients and drive the end-to-end implementation of new product features. Your responsibilities will include creating Interaction and UI Designs for web-based applications and mobile apps, from initial concept to the final release of the software. Proficiency in working within modern collaborative environments using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro, and Google Docs is highly preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to express ideas creatively and provide and receive feedback constructively. A minimum upper-intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency is required, and a professional portfolio showcasing advanced Interaction and UI Design skills is a must. While not mandatory, experience in the Healthcare Domain will be considered advantageous for this role.
