UX/UI Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience designing digital interfaces with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX strategy and high-fidelity UI design. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, and Illustrator for graphic and icon design is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Translate business and user requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Use Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics, icons, and visual assets as needed.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and style systems.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI work.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, or other tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus, but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise-level applications.

Additional Information:

• This is a Work-from-Office role only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
