As a part of the Sharesource team, you will take the lead in driving projects from concept to completion. This hands-on role involves collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages. You will play a crucial role in shaping the design process while ensuring projects are on track, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Work autonomously or in collaboration with the Head of UX & Design. - Take client briefs and guide them through user flows, wireframing, and design processes. - Analyze client requirements to develop design solutions for implementation by developers. - Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high-fidelity desktop, and mobile prototypes for various clients. - Conduct educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, explaining and justifying design decisions. - Collaborate with the front-end development team to hand over designs and test completed products. - Conduct work in progress meetings with clients, present implemented feedback, and provide instructional sessions. - Establish strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in UI design, with at least 1 year leading projects from start to finish. - Proficiency in Figma, including preparing designs for developers and creating prototypes for client visualization. - Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. - Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps. - Ability to create designs optimized for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) and suggest innovative ideas. - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and passion for design. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders. Additional Preferred Skills: - Experience working with remote teams across different time zones. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization.
