Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. Youll take ownership of the end-to-end product design process—from understanding user problems to crafting delightful, impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience designing scalable systems, a strong grasp of user-cantered design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping Fibe’s visual and interaction design standards across products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for product features — from research, concepting, and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders to define problems and design effective, data-informed solutions.
• Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces aligned with Fibe’s brand and business goals.
• Work across multiple platforms including mobile App, Website and SAP-based internal tools, ensuring consistent and user-friendly experiences across all.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and iterate based on insights.
• Deliver developer-ready design specifications and support the Tech team during implementation.
• Use analytics and user insights to continuously improve product experiences.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and shipped products.
• Proven experience building or managing design systems.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., FigJam, Principle, ProtoPie).
• Good understanding of UX research methods and usability best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for fintech, payments, or consumer-facing apps.
• Knowledge of visual design, illustration, or motion design.
• Familiarity with design tokens or component-based systems.
