Ux/Ui Designer

You should have 2-4 years of experience and the job is located in Mumbai / Onsite. As a UX Designer, your role will involve translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. You will contribute to the client's product vision by conducting research, brainstorming ideas, creating sketches, prototyping, and conducting user testing for digital products. Your responsibilities will include designing and presenting wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups that are optimized for various devices and interfaces. You will be required to make strategic design and user-experience decisions regarding both core functionalities and new features. Proficiency in standard UX software like Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and similar tools is essential. Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous. Your ability to collaborate with clients to comprehend detailed requirements and develop complete user experiences aligned with their needs and vision is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in applying UX design best practices, with a strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles. You should be adept at iterating designs and solutions efficiently and thoughtfully. Understanding the significance of user-centered design and design thinking is vital for this role. Working effectively in a team environment, including translating abstract concepts into tangible design outcomes, is necessary. A genuine enthusiasm for UX, design, and innovation is key.
