As a UX/UI Designer at our company, your role involves creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality designs across various digital channels. Your responsibilities include: - Develop Design Strategies: Conceptualize and create comprehensive UI/UX design strategies, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, and interactive mockups. - Conduct User Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and develop target personas. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software like Figma and Framer. - Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and improve design processes. - Design user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces for mobile and web applications. - Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creativity in design workflows. - Design marketing creatives including social media banners, posts, and promotional visuals. - Perform photo editing and visual enhancements using Photoshop and Illustrator. - Develop engaging visual content using Canva for quick and effective design solutions. - Edit videos for digital and social platforms using VN Editor and Adobe After Effects. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Communicate design concepts, ideas, and feedback clearly in professional English. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. - Solid understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design. - Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, layout, and typography. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to present ideas and gather stakeholder input effectively. In addition, this role requires a creative mindset with problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail and design accuracy, and the ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs quickly. Being a team player with a collaborative and professional attitude is also preferred.
