Role Summary

As a Senior Product Designer

Your foundation spans UX, visual design, and research, allowing you to flex across disciplines depending on project needs. You apply human-centered design principles to solve complex problems while contributing to and evolving design systems that drive product consistency and scalability.

You embrace AI as both a creative tool and an experience domain. You use tools like Figma Make, Adobe Firefly to accelerate your workflow and explore ideas faster, while contributing to projects where AI powers the end-user experience. You collaborate with leads to design responsibly upholding transparency, explainability, and user trust in every AI-driven interaction.

Project Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, visual designers, developers, and PMs to design cohesive and high-impact product experiences.

Translate user insights into product concepts, flows, and interface designs that balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish.

Contribute to and apply design systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across product ecosystems.

Participate in projects where AI enhances the end-user experience, advocating for human-centered and ethical design practices.

Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with researchers to test and refine solutions.

Present work to internal teams and clients, communicating design intent through a user-centered narrative.

Actively seek feedback, iterate quickly, and share learnings that strengthen the team's overall quality of execution.
