Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with business goals and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Implement responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance product experience and drive conversions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and applications. Develop interactive components and animations to enhance user engagement and usability. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Work on enhancing and optimizing website performance for an improved user experience. Debug and troubleshoot UI/UX issues, ensuring seamless functionality across devices and browsers. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js. Experience in creating responsive, cross-browser-compatible designs and front-end implementations. Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development. Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow is a plus. Experience working with development teams and understanding how UI/UX integrates with back-end functionality. Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable design solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
