Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategyfor enterprise and consumer-facing applications. Requirements Into Engaging User Experiences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry-standard tools.Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate designdecisions.Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovativeapproaches.Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improveuser experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, orrelated field.Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), plus experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, orsimilar tools.Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards(WCAG).Proven ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to technicaland non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design feasibilitydiscussions.Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven designdecisions.Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles.
