Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fieldJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategyfor enterprise and consumer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deepexpertise in user-centered design principles with strong technical acumen to deliverintuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the UI/UX architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuringconsistency and scalability across platforms.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into engaging user experiences.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry-standard tools.Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate designdecisions.Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovativeapproaches.Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improveuser experience.Required Skills & Qualifications
