As the Discovery & Product Research Lead for Times NRI, your main responsibilities include: - **End-to-End Product Discovery**: - Plan and conduct continuous discovery efforts to validate or challenge product assumptions - Perform qualitative interviews, ethnographic research, and usability testing with NRI users - Design and analyze quantitative surveys to test hypotheses at scale - Identify discovery opportunities at different levels of the platform - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Collaborate with the Business Head to shape and test key product bets - Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to implement discovery insights - Engage with Times Internet teams to recruit users, run pilots, and deploy experiments - **Rapid Experimentation and Execution**: - Utilize AI-enabled no-code tools to create test pages, forms, and emailers for idea validation - Deploy lightweight experiments, lead collection flows, and rapid landing pages - Independently translate product strategy into testable concepts with speed - **Insight Synthesis and Strategic Alignment**: - Organize research findings into actionable summaries, reports, or dashboards - Regularly share insights with product, design, and leadership teams - Influence prioritization decisions based on validated user insights - **Stakeholder Engagement**: - Build and manage relationships across product, design, growth, content, and strategy functions - Coordinate inputs across teams and ensure shared alignment on discovery learnings - Advocate for a user-first, insight-led culture within the organization You are an ideal candidate if you have 4 to 7 years of experience in product research, user research, or UX strategy, with the ability to lead both qualitative and quantitative research projects independently. Experience with AI-based no-code tools, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Bonus points for experience with NRI or globally distributed users and direct-to-consumer apps in fintech, healthcare, or real estate domains. Your role as the Discovery Lead at Times NRI is critical in shaping strategic decisions based on user insights, ensuring that our products are not only feasible but truly valuable.
