UX Designer - Web / Mobile Apps - After Effects / Sketch

Roles and Responsibilities : - We are seeking a talented, passionate Designer for our design team. - We are looking for a highly motivated person with proven design skills to create elegant, intuitive user experiences across multiple interfaces that provide a seamless customer experience. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Design the UI architecture, interface and interaction flow for web and mobile app. - Quickly yet thoroughly create process flow, wireframes and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviour. - Develop and maintain detailed User-Interface specifications. - Create clean, effective design solutions for simple and/or complex user tasks. - Defining design language and respecting brand guidelines. - Establish a strong brand engagement by creating iconography, characters and visual design language through illustrations. - Doing motion graphics, animation, visual effects to create highly engaging product. - Explain, discuss and justify design decisions effectively and translate requirements into engaging -visual experience that create meaningful product design. - Give effective feedback and direction to other team members. A visual designer who : - Understands the working of web technologies, responsive frameworks and their limitations. - Bring ideas to the table, explain your point of view and take feedback and direction. - Designs consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices. - Experience designing and thinking in design systems translating complexity to simplicity. - Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. - Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design. - Proficiency in SketchApp, Adobe Creative Suite namely After Effects and Premiere Pro (with inbuilt and 3rd party plugins) is compulsory. - Quick animation ability, strong attention to details, ability to interpret other animators styles, ability to communicate visually.
