Creating and maintaining a UI design system, style guides, and design patterns that facilitate efficient and consistent UI development. Collaborating with development teams to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices. Conducting regular code reviews to enforce compliance with UI development guidelines and providing constructive feedback to developers. Staying updated on the latest UI development trends and technologies and integrating them into the guidelines when relevant. Ensuring that UI development guidelines align with industry standards and accessibility requirements to make the software accessible to all users. Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine the design. Performance Optimization: Optimize the UI for performance and responsiveness, considering various devices and screen sizes. What youll bring Bachelors / Masters degree (CSE or equivalent of Comp Sc) 12+ years of experience in leading design and software delivery teams Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ability to implement responsive design techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Strong coding skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end issues. The Technical Instructional Designer is expected to define and document learning objectives, conduct research, and collaborate with subject experts, create/update instructional material, courses, curriculum, student guides and training manuals. Job Responsibilities Training Development Produce meaningful product-specific training materials for internal and external audiences that spans a wide range of technical users. Perform iterative updates to existing training material across the product platform. Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. Create visual, audio, and interactive learning solutions. Ability to skim through available technical content and identify opportunity for reuse. Course Design and/or Planning Ability to create learning and instructional models that can be divided into courses, curriculum, student guides, and training manuals. Technical Tools Proficiency Proficiency in Rapid Authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate). Understanding of tools used to create courses and trainings. Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System. Education BE/B.Tech Master of Computer Application Work Experience The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4-years experience designing and creating professional technical product training content to optimize eLearning experiences. Technical writing and content Management experience for customer training purposes is a plus but is not required. Capable of managing and updating training content across multiple products. Must have good experience delivering Landscape Design/ Public Realm projects in the private or public sectors. Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes. International experience of the UK, Middle East or APAC regions will be considered an added advantage. Must be proficient in design detailing and construction techniques. Produce graphic renderings from schematics by hand or using computer softwares. Qualifications Qualification A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of International repute will be an added advantage. Applicants are required to have between 9-14years of experience in Landscape . Bachelors degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered, if they can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation .
