UX Designer

• About the Role:

We are looking for a UX Designer to support both internal and external business projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B UX design and the ability to create intuitive, user-centric experiences. A formal education in design is preferred but not mandatory.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design seamless user experiences for B2B platforms.

Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma or other tools.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.

Optimize designs based on user feedback and business needs.

• Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B UX design with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.

Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Experience in user research and usability testing.

A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.

Additionally, regarding the specific skill requirements from your sourcing team:

UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator.

Other Tech Skills: Interaction Design, Visual Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture, Usability Testing.

Skill Proficiency: Must-have: Figma, Interaction Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing.

Good-to-have: Adobe, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,350,000.00 per year
