UX Designer Lead

As a User Experience (UX) Designer for our IT Service Management (ITSM) products, your role involves designing user interfaces and optimizing user experience. You will be responsible for controlling, ensuring quality assurance, and optimizing testing and analysis processes. Additionally, you will develop a user-centered design process to create quality UX for both Web and Mobile platforms. Your duties will also include developing design methodologies, web optimization, competitor analysis, heuristic testing, and usability testing. Furthermore, you will interpret behavioral data from usability studies to create effective user interfaces. You will be expected to create information architecture, wireframes, sitemaps, and user journeys to enhance navigation, functionality, page content, and usability. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces and optimize user experience for ITSM products - Control, assure quality, and optimize testing and analysis - Develop user-centered design process for Web and Mobile platforms - Develop design methodologies and web optimization - Organize competitor analysis, heuristic testing, and usability testing - Interpret behavioral data to create effective user interfaces - Create information architecture, wireframes, sitemaps, and user journeys Qualifications Required: - University degree in design or human-computer interaction (HCI) - +6 years of relevant professional experience in user experience design and usability testing - Experience in leading and developing a UX/UI team to meet goals - Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools like Axure RP - Visual design expertise with the ability to create highly usable designs and layouts - Strong technical skills in HTML5, JavaScript, Flash, CSS, and Mobile ADKs - Excellent communication skills and strong common sense You will be joining a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional user experiences for our ITSM products.
