About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, derive insights, and translate them into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and Windows platforms (WPF/WinUI).
Conduct usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
Present design ideas using personas, journey maps, and storyboards.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of
usability principles
and
user-centered design methodologies
.
Proficiency in tools like
Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision
, etc.
Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, and enterprise-level products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of
accessibility guidelines
and current design trends.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in UX design for B2B enterprise solutions, including
information architecture
and
interaction design
.
Experience with international clients and end-to-end delivery ownership.
Bachelors or Masters in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from reputed institutes (IIT, NID, Srishti, MIT, Symbiosis preferred).
Relevant certifications (CUA, CXA) and a strong design portfolio showcasing user research and journey mapping.
