UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UX Designer at the company, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the guest experience on the website, mobile web, and Android/iOS app. You will need to ensure that the user experience is seamless across various devices, considering that the same user may switch between different devices in different situations. Your role will involve suggesting, defining, and creating wireframes/mockups to improve the experience of the sites and apps. Prototyping for user testing, gathering feedback, and iterating over designs will be crucial aspects of your job. You will collaborate closely with developers to design workflows and conduct frequent usability testing in parallel with development. Additionally, creating and maintaining a site-wide usability framework and guide will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance the guest experience on the website, mobile web, and Android/iOS app - Ensure seamless user experience across various devices - Suggest, define, and create wireframes/mockups - Prototype for user testing, gather feedback, and iterate over designs - Collaborate with developers to design workflows - Conduct frequent usability testing in parallel with development - Create and maintain a site-wide usability framework and guide Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX implementation for consumer products, preferably in the travel/hotel industry - Proven track record of successfully launching web and mobile applications - Solid understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography - Portfolio demonstrating grasp of user experience design principles, knowledge of UI best practices, and usability - Skills in animation, video, and/or storyboarding considered a plus - Passion for design, strong opinion about aesthetics, and love for typography - Experience in designing mobile products from ideation to launch, specifically for native iOS and Android platforms - Proficiency in conducting user tests on usability and workflows, delivering sitemaps, wireframes, flow diagrams, and other IA materials - Familiarity with conversion metrics and their impact on designs If you meet these qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please send us your updated CV at jobs@fabhotels.com.,
