  Native Mobile & Visual Design
  
• Expert Figma Proficiency: Mastery of auto-layout, advanced prototyping, and complex component properties.
  
• Mobile-First Thinking: Deep understanding of mobile ergonomics, touch targets, and native UI patterns.
  
• Data Visualization: Ability to present complex financial data (charts, graphs, balances) clearly on small screens.
  
• Platform Knowledge: Solid grasp of the functional differences between iOS and Android environments.
  
• Visual Excellence: Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, and "fintech-pro" aesthetics (trust-building UI).
  
• Technical & UX Toolkit
  
• Primary Tool: Figma (Essential).
  
• Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining shared libraries for distributed teams.
  
• Usability Testing: Ability to validate financial workflows through user research and iterative testing.
  
• Soft Skills
  
• Communication: Ability to explain design decisions through the lens of business ROI and user trust.
  
• Detail Oriented: Extreme precision, especially regarding financial data accuracy and edge-case handling (e.g., error states, loading skeletons).
  
• Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving regulatory requirements.
  
• Preferred Qualifications
  
• Previous experience designing Banking, Trading, or Fintech apps.
  
• Familiarity with financial security patterns (Biometric authentication, 2FA flows).
  
• Understanding of micro-interactions and motion design to enhance the mobile experience.
