Job Description

Role Overview: As a UX Design & Research Strategist in the Capital Market Industry based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research and translating these insights into actionable strategies for user flows and interaction design of complex applications. You will lead the creation of user-centered designs for enterprise-scale applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing design deliverables, validating design solutions through user testing, and effectively communicating design rationale to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating findings into actionable insights - Lead the creation of user-centered designs for enterprise-scale applications, tackling complex data visualization challenges and simplifying intricate workflows - Develop a range of design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and production-ready UI designs, adhering to a comprehensive design system - Communicate design rationale effectively to diverse audiences and actively participate in cross-functional collaboration - Demonstrate a proactive and independent approach to work, taking ownership of design projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Fulltime Bachelor's or Masters degree in design or a related field (e.g., UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction) - Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience in digital product design, with a focus on UX design for enterprise applications - Demonstrated experience in designing data-intense, enterprise-scale applications and expertise in using industry-standard design and user research tools - Understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle and familiarity with UI front-end technologies are preferred Company Details: (If available) Omit this section as no additional details of the company are present in the job description.,
